Sam Ferguson joined Zodiak Rights in 2014 working across formats and finished programming as a Sales Coordinator for CEE and Asia. Working in media since graduating university in 2008 with a politics degree, she has worked in various roles at Sony, PRS for Music and BAFTA.
After working 2 years at Zodiak Rights, now Banijay Rights, she is now Format Sales Executive selling key brands such as Wife Swap, Fort Boyard and Psychic Challenge to CEE and Asia. Her most recent successes are selling Fort Boyard to the Czech Republic and Wonderkids to Vietnam.
Jonathan Tuovinen is the Head of International for Rabbit Films. In his current role, he is tasked with setting up the international distribution department of Rabbit Films. The catalogue focuses on high quality non-scripted formats with a track-record and a creative edge.
Prior to joining Rabbit Films, Jonathan was the Director for Formats at NBCUniversal International, where he sold titles such as Top Chef, The Real Housewives and Saturday Night Live. Jonathan was also previously Head of Sales at Banijay International, where he was one of the first employees of the company. He holds a Master’s Degree in Management from London School of Economics and Copenhagen Business School, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from Helsinki School of Economics.
Elwin Vizetelly de Groot is Armoza Formats’ Senior Creative Director. His Department is developing new non-scripted television formats in-house and with third parties for Israel and international distribution. His work includes development on Back to the Date; co-creator of We Believe in You (Hungary and Turkey), Guys in Disguise, Runway in My Closet (Hungary and Turkey), The People's Choice (Brazil, Turkey), Babushka (3 countries including ITV in theUK), Yum Factor and I Can Do That (20 countries and counting including Italy, India, and the USA on NBC), docu format The Virgins and The Foodies, and Sex Tape to name just a few.
He also works as a senior flying producer on many of the company’s formats and has had numerous public speaking engagements talking about television and creativity.
Prior to working at Armoza Formats, Groot worked as a creative at Talpa Content and developed the fashion format Beat the Top Designer (aired on Net5 in NL) and worked at Endemol Holding in the Netherlands.
Dann Novak serves as the Programming Executive for NATPE (The National Association of Programming Executives.) In this role he leads the organization's efforts in coordinating best-in-class industry events both large and small, including the NATPE Budapest Global TV Market & Conference.
Dann entered the worldwide media business as the Global Logistics Administrator for SignalOne Media, teaming with former executives from Central European Media Enterprises who had created the first commercial television stations in the former Soviet Bloc, including the Czech Republic. His next stop was as the Chief of Staff to Michael Kassan at MediaLink, where he facilitated early successes over the first five years of the now-iconic consultancy. Dann joined NATPE in May of 2011, organizing each domestic and international conference program as well as localized and one-off events, first as Programming Producer and now as the organization's Programming Executive.

Georgi graduated from the American University in Bulgaria in 2003. The same year, he started working at Bulgaria’s leading independent producer SIA Advertising. He joined Nova TV in 2006. In September 2007, Georgi moved to the Netherlands and started working for the world’s biggest independent producer and distributor Endemol.
In early 2009 Georgi came up with the idea to start a new service focusing exclusively on television in Central and Eastern Europe, and together with his partners created CEETV which started operations in September 2009. TVBIZZ, the first social network for the global TV industry, launched in 2012.
TVBIZZ Magazine Russia started coming out in March 2014. Bence Trunkó is the Chief Creative Officer in Paprika Latino Studios. The production power house is a member of the NICE Entertainment Group and has offices in ten countries throughout CEE and the Baltics.
As CCO and Partner of the company, Bence is overseeing the format development and adaptation in all the Paprika territories from the headquarters in Budapest.
Bence has graduated from the University of Drama and Cinematography in Hungary, with degrees in broadcast media.
Started as a scriptwriter, he worked as freelancer for various TV stations in Hungary, then later gained his experience as a writer for stage, feature films, radio shows, worked with major advertising and creative agencies, and also published books on the TV business.
He joined Paprika in 2008 as creative director. He played a major role in the company’s expansion throughout Central Eastern Europe by putting together creative teams in various countries, and developing original formats, that are still on air and distributed by major companies on the market.
In 2010 Bence became the Creative Director for the Paprika Group and later on, as Paprika was acquired by Modern Times Group, he became Chief Creative Officer and Board Member.
His current job includes setting up and controlling new creative divisions within the company,such as the Drama Department, the Digital Content Hub, and the Trailer Park, Paprika’s brand new short form and promo division.
Péter Kolosi was born in Budapest, Hungary on 2 November 1971.
He received the Doctor of Law degree at Lóránd Eötvös University in 1994; and the Television presenter-director degree in 1996 at the University of Theatre and Film in Budapest. He got his DLA in year 2007.
Péter Kolosi started his professional carrier as a reporter, senior editor and presenter in several programs like Kriminális, Múzsa, Objektív and Nap-Kelte at Magyar Televízió Rt. in 1994. As of 1997, he has been working as a lecturer at the University of Theatre and Film, Budapest. He has been working for RTL since 1 September 1997, the launch of RTL's first channel in Hungary, RTL Klub. He joined the station as the editor in chief and presenter of the daily magazine Fókusz. He became Programming Director on 1July 2001. He is also responsible for PR and communication at RTL Hungary.
He is the member of the Supervisory Board of RTL Hrvatska since March 2013 and Deputy CEO at RTL Hungary from 1 July 2015.
Levina Negi is Vice President, Global Acquisitions and Development for Global Entertainment Development at FremantleMedia, one of the world's largest and most successful producers of outstanding entertainment brands, encompassing hit formats from Idols, The X Factor, to Got Talent, The Price Is Right, Let's Make a Deal and Family Feud.
A big part of Levina's role is to focus on securing single territory, multi-territory or global entertainment format acquisitions from third party producers and format creators in order to further enhance the company's creative pipeline. Levina also effectively identifies key trends, delivers valuable market intelligence to FremantleMedia's global network of producers across 31 offices in order to seek out new programme opportunities and cultivate ideas with the internal development teams. She also works closely with the in-house Digital and Branded Entertainment team to seek out formats that could affiliate with, or develop into original content, for brands and pinpoint format ideas that could lead to digital commissions for online platforms.
Levina's career at FremantleMedia started when she joined the company as an Assistant in Global Entertainment moving on to Development Coordinator, Acquisitions Exec, Senior Manager and most recently promoted to Vice President. Levina has worked across a variety of formats and is credited with discovering and acquiring the global rights to the hugely successful My Mom Cooks Better than Yours, which was the world's number 1 selling format of 2015, and since its acquisition in 2014 it has gone on to be a hit in 25 territories.
Prior to her position at FremantleMedia, Levina held roles at an independent production company, New Moon and the BBC.
