PRO TV Group records best operating profit in the past 10 years
PRO TV Group announced its financial and audience results for the fourth quarter and for the full year 2017. In 2017, PRO TV group recorded the best operating profit in the last 10 years. PRO TV's net revenues increased by 9.5% in 2017 at a constant exchange rate against the same period of 2016. In 2017, PRO TV group was the audience leader for all audiences, with an increase of 2.3 percentage points per share over the entire day compared to 2016.
In 2017, the PRO TV group, part of Central European Media Enterprises Ltd. (CME), has been the absolute leader of audiences across all demos: commercial, urban and national.
The Group, which includes seven channels (PRO TV, PRO 2, PRO X, PRO GOLD, PRO CINEMA, MTV Romania and PRO TV International), got over 191 million dollars in revenues, 9.5% growth compared to 2016, at a constant exchange rate.

In the fourth quarter, PRO TV group earned more than $63 million in net revenue, representing a 9.0% increase at a constant exchange rate against the same period in 2016. In audience results * recorded between October and December 2017, the PRO TV Group has maintained its leadership position in all audiences! In the commercial 1-49 demo, PRO TV Group earned an average of 4.7 rating points and 27.0% share.
Between January and December 2017, PRO TV Group had revenues of more than $191 million, up 9.5 percent at a constant exchange rate, compared to the same period in 2016. The increase in 2017 in Romania represents the largest increase in the countries for which CME reported financial results (Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Romania and Slovakia).
In 2017, the PRO TV group earned an average of 4.6 rating points and 27.4% share for the whole day in the commercial demo.
