CEETV and NATPE today announce the ten selected formats for the first ever format initiative PITCH & PLAY LIVE.

The titles come from six different countries in Central and Eastern Europe: Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Lithuania, Russia and Ukraine. Ukraine is the leader in submissions with six formats coming from three different producers.

The selected titles will each receive one free registration for NATPE Budapest (June 27-30).

The selection committee will now review and vote for the top 3 finalists of the format competition, which will be announced in the coming days. The top 3 finalist titles will be presented live and in person by their creators during the PITCH & PLAY LIVE session in Budapest on Wednesday, June 29 at 12.00 pm.

The jury, consisting of Can Okan, CEO & President at ITV Inter Medya, Amos Neumann, COO at Armoza Formats and Girts Licis, Head of CEE, Formats & Content Development at Modern Times Group, will vote for a winner format from the top 3 finalists.

The selected formats are: Best Offer (Osakond, Estonia), Children Sing (Ilyin Borisovich, Russia), Christmas Fairy Tale (1+1 Production, Ukraine), Common Language (1+1 Production, Ukraine), Crack Them Up. Kids (Kvartal-95, Ukraine), Pick the Right Box (Kvartal-95, Ukraine), Quizdom (Alpha TV, Greece), Quiz Situation (Trigon Production, Croatia), Teach Your Wife to Drive (UA Formats, Ukraine) and Who and Why (Valius, Lithuania).
