Serial Killer is the first festival of TV and online serial production in Central and Eastern Europe. It takes place May 2-5 in Brno and will present the best of contemporary European and world serial production.

The Serial Killer festival aims to offer high-quality entertainment to the public and wants to enable professionals from the film and television industry and film schools to come together. We want to respond to series which will be popular in the following season.

The organizers of the festival got together back in 2016, with Kamila Zlatušková being the founder.  The team of the festival announced on its website that: “we want to become Sundance of Central and Easter Europe. We want to become an international meeting point of professionals, academics and viewers, who define and motivate the serial production in global and regional perspective. We want to show that series can respond effectively and impressively to modern trends, society development and our lives. And most of all, we want to bring, in cooperation with world top TV and online production, high-quality content to people. By force of viewers, experts in the jury and competition, we want to motivate artists to create more and more production and show them that new stories and approaches will be appreciated properly.”
