George Levendis named Acun Medya COO
Acun Medya Global announced the appointment of Mr. George Levendis as its Chief Operations Officer.
Prior to joining Acun Medya Global, Mr. Levendis was the Head of International for Syco Entertainment for the past seven years, overseeing all aspects of Syco's international operations including the expansion of over 50 versions of Got Talent and The X Factor formats globally. George Levendis has spent the last 20 years in pivotal senior executive roles across a range of media operations within the television, entertainment and music industry. Among his previous positions, he was Senior Vice President of Global Marketing for SONY BMG Music Entertainment in New York (2005-2007) and the former Managing Director/GM of Antenna TV Greece (2008-2010) as well as appearing on-air as a judge for three seasons of the Greek version of The X Factor and three seasons of Star Academy in the early 2000's.
