NEM 2018 announces further agenda highlights
New Europe Market (NEM 2018), which will be held from June 11-14 in Dubrovnik for the sixth time in a row, has announced further details around its panels and presentations agenda.
In his case study at NEM, producer Håkon Moslet will tell attendees all about the global success of Norwegian hit Skam. A case study on how to become a leader in the Pay TV platform in 30 minutes will be presented by Anette Schaefer, VP TV Business Europe at Deutsche Telekom. Christian Brent, SVP of Global Research & Audience Strategy, Fox Networks Group, will talk about how the 130-year-old National Geographic brand been modernized. Jan Maxa, Content Development Director of Czech TV, will present a case study of the collaboration of four public broadcasters on a historical miniseries Maria Theresia. The new television era and the impact of fast-growing technology on today’s TV industry will be discussed by Erik Yoon, TV Business Director, and Gyorgy Takacs, Home Entertainment Technical Specialist, Central South Europe Subsidiary, LG. IBM’s presentation will outline how companies are replacing existing and often cumbersome content sharing techniques with Aspera’s high-speed content transfer products. RELATED
