CEETV is proud to announce the first edition of CEE Screenings, a brand new event aiming to promote the best fiction productions coming out of Central and Eastern Europe.
 
CEE Screenings will be an exclusive online event featuring a special selection of high-quality scripted productions from the region, including series which have already won the hearts of the viewers in their markets this year and exclusive premieres of the most ambitious projects set to hit the screens during the new TV season. All of the featured productions will be based on original ideas and created by local talent.
 
CEE Screenings will be an exclusive online event for the international TV community. It will be hosted on a special website. The users of both CEETV and TVBIZZ will have access to the platform. We also will offer free-of-charge access to the CEE Screenings to professionals who are not subscribed to our services following a registration process.
 
CEE Screenings will be held between mid-September and MIPCOM, the biggest global TV marketplace of the year, with the goal to help CEE players to attract international interest and increase the potential for new deals and partnerships.

I believe that we managed to find the right formula by taking this event online and making it accessible to the global industry, not just people who would attend a regular screening, like in LA or Budapest, for example. This also gives us much more opportunities to promote each of the titles in this special selection and show that CEE has something to offer to the world when it comes to scripted productions,” says Georgi R. CEE Screenings invites all market players from the region to submit their originally developed titles for evaluation and potential entry into the final selection of CEE Screenings 2018.
