DRG today announced that Lucy Roberts, previously format sales manager, EMEA North, at All3media International, will be joining its team in London this week.

Lucy will be senior sales manager for CEE and French speaking territories and will report to DRG’s EVP of sales, Elin Thomas. She will also work closely with Adam Barth, whose recent promotion to SVP EMEA has seen an extension of his role and territory remit.

Elin Thomas says: “Lucy brings with her a wide range of experience covering both format licensing and completed programming sales, and has already worked extensively in EMEA and CEE. As we continue to evolve our business we need passionate lovers of content, who understand how our world is changing, and who can work closely with a wide range of different content buyers: it is no longer sufficient to just be a traditional salesperson. Lucy is a brilliant fit with these requirements and we are delighted to welcome her to the DRG team.”

Prior to All3media, Lucy spent time at Keshet International as sales manager and before that she was at BBC Worldwide where, in different roles, she worked across both finished program sales and format licensing. She started her career at ITV Studios Global Entertainment.
