Telekom Serbia launches local Bloomberg service
Bloomberg Media and Mtel Swiss, a media company owned by Telekom Serbia, announced an agreement to create the first multi-platform business news network in Southeast Europe, with centers in Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and North Macedonia.
Set to launch in 2022, Bloomberg Adria will provide economic and financial news, analysis and data for a growing community of business decision makers and future leaders in the region, through television, print and digital media, mobile devices and social networks. The service will offer translated Bloomberg News content as well as own reports produced in the specialized centers in Belgrade, Zagreb, Ljubljana, Sarajevo and Skopje. "At Bloomberg Media, we are committed to building a leading global, cross-platform media company for business and finance by providing reliable, data-driven content,“ said Soo Kang, Bloomberg Media Distribution’s Global Director, adding:” Bloomberg Adria is expanding our global presence to a new audience in Southeast Europe looking for cutting-edge global business news to help them stay informed.“ “In a business world that is changing at an unprecedented rate, the availability of relevant and accurate information and the analysis of independent experts are critical to making good business decisions,” said Vladimir Lucic, CEO of Telekom Serbia.
