P&G suspends investments in Russia, including ad spend
Procter&Gamble has decided to reduce its presence in Russia. The company stopped all investment in the country, suspended all media and advertising activity, as well as marketing; and will keep only health, hygiene and personal care products on the market. P&G owns the brands Pampers, Always, Tampax, Braun, Gillette, Pantene, Head & Shoulders, Old Spice, Tide, Ariel, Fairy and others.
“We are significantly reducing our portfolio to focus on health, hygiene and personal care products, which are needed by many Russian families who depend on them for their daily lives,” the company said in a statement. P&G intends to support its employees in Russia. The company notes that it provides money and products as assistance to refugees. RELATED
