CEETV, TVBIZZ and TVBIZZ Magazine are proud to announce that a number of leading companies have supported our initiative to tell the stories of Ukraine’s wartime TV heroes.

The companies which donated advertising space for the upcoming MIPTV 2022 publication are: Global Agency (Turkey), Casta Diva (Italy), All3Media (UK), Eccho Rights (Sweden), Caracol (Colombia), Armoza Formats (Israel), Can’t Stop Media (UK) and A+E Networks UK.

The upcoming special publication will have no advertising or industry topics and will focus on the events that took place in Ukraine following Russia’s invasion. We are working closely with the leading Ukrainian channels, producers and other media players to show the full scale of Ukraine’s resistance to the international TV community in Cannes.

We will shed light on how Ukrainian media joined forces to keep the country informed and sustain the fighting spirit of Ukrainians with 24/7 marathons on all key national broadcasters. We will show how they make their news live from the shelters. We will tell how reporters work “on the field” while there are fights near-by, and also what their reality looks like when they are not working.

Our publication will also focus on what is happening to the production sector in Ukraine and how the local media fight against Russian propaganda channels on a global level and provide objective information to their international partners. Also, Ukrainian media people are campaigning to raise awareness and apply pressure on the political establishment by organizing protests in cities around the world.

Our team will also chronicle how the international media reacted to Putin’s war in Ukraine and tell stories of people from the industry from other countries who are also helping Ukraine in various ways.

All excess funds after the printing and delivery of this special publication will be donated to organizations in Ukraine which we will coordinate with our colleagues there.
