TVP adapts kids programs in Ukrainian
TVP has developed Ukrainian language versions of two fairytale broadcast on the TVP ABC channel: Zagadki Zwieogromadki and the program Halo Halo! The broadcaster ensures that intensive work is underway on the preparation of new titles and makes special editions of its programs available to viewers.
With children and parents in Poland in mind, the broadcaster prepared broadcasts and programs devoted to the unique and difficult situation. Studio ABC, Conversations for Two, e-MOCje and Moda na Rodzinie will soon answer difficult questions, taking care of the emotions of young and old viewers. The programs will be broadcast in the coming days on TVP ABC, and immediately after broadcast they will be available on TVP VOD and on the TVP ABC website in the "ABC Tips" tab. Studio ABC has prepared two special integration episodes devoted to Ukraine. The episodes, along with the popular Wiadomościirek, will be led by his cousin from across the eastern border - the blue Ludmiłek, who will reveal many interesting facts about his country. Children will learn what country it is, where it lies, what traditions it has, what is extraordinary there and what are the similarities and differences between Poland and Ukraine. Conversations for Two are to help children get used to difficult emotions. In each episode, one of the characters known from the TVP ABC channel will ask questions related to their feelings, fears and dilemmas. What is Figu afraid of? What does Bzyk miss? What annoys Wiewióra and what bothers Margolcia? Marta Chodorowska and Rafał Szajłko will answer all these questions. In the e-MOCje program, young people will share their thoughts, and experts will advise on how to deal with emotions in this difficult time. Episodes will be broadcast on March 15, 22 and 29 at 22.10. Advice also for parents In turn, with parents in mind, TVP ABC has prepared a special version of the e-MOCje program. In the face of the Russian aggression against Ukraine, it is also difficult for adults to cope with anxiety, tension and fears. Piotr Bajtlik will talk to the psychologist Dr. Aleksandra Piotrowska , who will provide guidance to parents. Four episodes were created, which will be broadcast at 21.55, daily from March 14 to 23 and March 29 and 30. In a special episode of Moda na Rodzinie, Ewa Pietrzak will talk to a psychologist and psychotherapist, Marek Figiel, about ways to build a sense of security for the whole family, especially children. Sabina Zalewska will tell viewers what impact volunteering has on raising children and why it is worth encouraging to help those in need. There will also be a series of current educational, entertainment and cultural activities that are organized especially for Ukrainian children. In addition, from March 2, special bands for small refugees from Ukraine are available on TVP ABC 2. The analysis based on Nielsen Audience Measurement data shows that throughout 2021 this channel was the most watched channel in the segment of children's channels among children aged 4 to 12. RELATED
