UA: Kultura resumes regular broadcasts
On Monday, March 28, Suspilne’s TV channel UA: Kultura resumed its independent broadcasting, where a significant part of the schedule consists of children's, documentary and educational content. Culture News will be broadcast every weekday - UA: Kultura’s own content, produced by the channel's creative team.
"After a month of intense confrontation, many Ukrainians sometimes need an alternative to news marathons, which are now broadcast on all channels, including UA: Pershy and regional TV channels of Suspilne. We need to take care of those who find it especially difficult to go through these tragic events, including children," said Dmytro Khorkin, a member of Suspilne’s Board. Ukrainian animation comprises two big slots in the morning and in the evening. On Monday, the screening of cartoons will last from 9.03 to 12.20, and from Tuesday the animation will be in the daily slot from 6.02 to 12.15, in the evening children's content will be shown daily from 18.00 for more than three hours. Between 12.15 and 18.00, the TV channel will show documentaries and educational projects of its own production and documentary projects of the team of UA: Pershy. In this slot and in the evening - after 21.00, viewers will be able to see Ukrainian film classics. Culture News will be broadcast every day at 23.30, talking about Ukraine's support for cultural figures from around the world during the war and about Russia's isolation in cultural projects. RELATED
