Daily newspapers will not be published on Mondays
Estonia is the leader among EU countries in terms of annual inflation with 22.4 percent inflation in October, The Voice of Brussels reports.
Estonian daily Eesti Pevaleht has announced that it will not print the paper version on Mondays from 16 January. Thus, there is not a single Estonian newspaper published on Monday in the country. It is stated that the decision not to print the paper version of the newspaper on Mondays was mandatory due to the price increase.
