Zelensky speech airs in occupied territories thanks to hackers
In the Kakhovka district of the occupied part of Kherson oblast, Russian TV channels streamed the Ukrainian President's address, journalist Oleh Baturin reported.
"Yesterday, in Kakhovka district in the occupied part of Kherson oblast, Russian TV channels (which the occupiers started broadcasting instead of Ukrainian ones in late March) streamed the New Year's address by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky approximately eight times since 19.00," the post said.
