Armoza announces Still Standing deal for Greece
Armoza Formats announced yesterday that it has licensed the Israeli gameshow format Still Standing for a local adaptation in Greece. The rights were picked up by Silverline.
It is not clear at the moment whether the format has been commissioned by one of the Greek channels. CEETV reminds that the show aired on ANT1 between 2017 and 2021. The ITV Studios company also announced that the format has been renewed for a ninth season in Italy where it airs daily on Canale 5. In Spain, the rights were picked up by Gestmusic, part of Banijay. A deal for South Africa was also confirmed. Amos Neumann, COO of Armoza Formats, commented: “‘Still Standing is a gift that doesn't stop giving – with over 7,000 episodes worldwide, it's a solid choice for broadcasters to attract viewers from all demos. We are extremely happy with its continued travel –with Greece, South Africa, and Spain on-board as well as the commission of Season 9 in Italy.” RELATED
