Sentsov says Bradley saved his life under artillery fire
Ukrainian filmmaker and soldier Oleh Sentsov came under fire at the front line, IMI reports.
"This week hasn't been going well. On my very first combat sortie after coming back, during the landing, we came under artillery fire. Bradley saved our lives again. Three wounded, mostly fragments. They already removed the shrapnel bits out of my face, the small ones in my arm and leg will stay with me forever. The other guys are also doing well: Zaporizhzhia doctors know how to do their job, thanks to them," Sentsov wrote on Facebook. As IMI reported, on July 8, Oleh Sentsov suffered a concussion while taking part in the UAF counteroffensive. He was hospitalized. Oleh Sentsov and 34 other Ukrainians arrived back in Ukraine on September 7, 2019, after being imprisoned by Russia. In 2015, the North Caucasus District Military Court of the Russian Federation sentenced Oleh Sentsov to 20 years in prison on terrorism charges. RELATED
