Kanal D International announced that the hit TV series Love and Hope has found a new home in Poland.

In fact, the series has already hit the air on public channel TVP2, as can be seen in CEETV's Programming Update for Week 29. The series took over from Forbidden Fruit in the daily 17.15-18.10 slot.
