PRO TV, part of Central Media Enterprises (CME) group, has received the international Top Employer certification, awarded by the Top Employer Institute, an international agency with headquarters in the Netherlands. PRO TV is the only media company in Romania to hold this certification.

The accreditation was granted following a rigorous analysis conducted by the independent Top Employers Institute and is awarded to companies worldwide that successfully demonstrate providing a suitable organizational environment for their employees. During an audit that lasted several months, twenty criteria were carefully evaluated, including organizational policies and procedures, systems for attracting and integrating new employees, professional development strategies for employees, performance management and organizational culture.

With the certification from Top Employers Institute, PRO TV becomes part of an elite community alongside other top companies globally. In 2024, the Top Employers Institute certified over 2.300 organizations from 121 countries.
