The Dramas and Series Festival (FEDIS) is the first event on the Old Continent and the only one in Southeast Europe that evaluates and affirms feature dramas and series. That is why the festival has a special significance for the popularization of both local and regional TV productions and their actors, the organizers of the event announced.

Its importance has been 'sealed' with the festival's long-term membership in the European Association of Festivals (EFA). Just like in 2023, this year's official competition for the Golden Antenna awards includes series from the region, i.e. from Croatia and BiH and naturally, the majority of them are coming from Serbia.

The XIV International Festival for Dramas and Series, which will be held from October 8-10 at the Youth Center of Belgrade, under the slogan Only Good Vibes, will feature a professional jury made up of: actress Tijana Kondić, director Filip Čolović, screenwriter Dragoljub Stojković, director of photography Dušan Ivanović, costume designer Iva Sarapa, editor Aref Zabi and music composer Marko Matović.

In the category for lead male role the nominees are: Nikola Pejaković (Skin / Koža), Radovan Vujović (The Children of Evil / Deca Zla), Milan Marić (Toma) and Radivoje Raša Bukvić (The Alphabet of Our Life / Azbuka Našeg Života). The nominees for supporting male role are: Jovo Maksić (Skin), Sergej Trifunović (The Tunnel), Nikola Kojo (Deca Zla) and Denis Murić (Toma).

The candidates for lead female role include Mirjana Joković (The Call / Poziv), Milica Janevski (The V Effect / V efekat and Children of Evil), Tamara Dragičević (Toma) and Jasna Đuričić (I Know Your Soul / Znam Kako Dišeš). For supporting female role, the nominees are: Ana Franić (The Call), Anica Dobra (Children of Evil), Paulina Manov (Toma) and Nataša Ninković (Skin).

The category of acting discovery includes the following nominees: Lazar Dragojević (I Know Your Soul), Tamara Šustić (Toma and The Tunnel), Jelena Mur (Alphabet of our Life, The Singer and Air Bridge / Vazdušni Most) and Stefan Vukić (The Visit / Poseta).

The series I Know Your Soul (Alen Drljević and Nermin Hamzagić), Trail of the Beast / Trag Divljači (Nenad Pavlović), 12 Words 2 / 12 Reči 2 (Jelena Stolica) and Skin (Saša Hajduković) will compete for the best director award. In the race for best script are the series: Skin (Nikola Pejaković), Silence 2 / Šutnja 2 (Marjan Alčevski), Trail of the Beast (Nenad Pavlović, Đorđe Milosavljević and Dimitrije Vojnov) and Tunnel (Vladimir Ćosić and Petar Ristovski).

The following series will compete for best editing: Toma (Milena Predić and Aleksandar Popović), Children of Evil (Vanja Kovačević and Vladimir Radovanović), I Know Your Soul (Vladimir Gojun) and The Visit (Olga Košarić and Olga Marković). The following were nominated for best music: The Visit (Vladimir Pejković), Time of Death (Irina Dečermić), Skin (Petar Bibilija) and Toma (Željko Joksimović).

In the category for best series creator, which was introduced only last year, this time will compete: Veljko Mićunović and Uroš Tomić (The Visit), Đorđe Milosavljević (The V Effect), Dragan Bjelogrlić (Toma) and Nikola Pejaković (Skin).

The Golden Antennas will be awarded in 13 categories, including for best series as well as the winner of the award for overall contribution to the regional production of TV dramas and series, will be decided by an expert Jury consisting of TV critic Meri Bilić (president of the jury), actress Mia Begović (Croatia), actor and director of the Tuzla Film Festival Boris Balta (BiH), Jelena Jovović, editor in Večernji Novosti, general media sponsor, film and TV critic Dejan Dabić as well as the permanent member of the jury - journalist Zoran Panović.
