The third installment of the hit Max Original crime drama series The Thaw commenced production at the end of November. The third season is being shot in Szczecin, with Katarzyna Wajda returning in the lead role, the streamer announced.

The six-episode third season, set in Szczecin, will begin with investigations into drug dealings among teenagers. The cast includes returning actors Katarzyna Wajda, Bartłomiej Kotschedoff, Ewa Skibińska, Juliusz Chrząstowski, and Tomasz Schuchardt.

The series is produced by Magnolia Films.
