Ukraine, Estonia to develop digital partnership
Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister for Innovation, Education, Science and Technology Development - Digital Transformation Minister Mykhailo Fedorov and Estonian Prime Minister Kristen Michal have discussed further cooperation in developing a digital state.
The relevant statement was made by Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister for Innovation, Education, Science and Technology Development - Digital Transformation Minister Mykhailo Fedorov on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports. “I met with the Prime Minister at a business forum to discuss joint initiatives and results. Estonia remains a top example for us in building a digital state. The expertise of the colleagues helped to create the Diia platform, which is being used by 21 million Ukrainians,” Fedorov noted. Ukrainian and Estonian government officials took part in the forum aimed at strengthening business relations between the two countries through joint innovative solutions, investments, and the opportunity to create joint projects for the economic development of Ukraine and Estonia. According to Fedorov, Ukraine will continue cooperation with the Estonian side to develop digital partnership and create comfortable business conditions. Fedorov thanked the Estonian side for supporting the Tallinn Mechanism, which had become a powerful cyber defense tool and already united 11 countries. Estonia initiated this project and continues to coordinate it. RELATED
