BH Telecom wants to acquire Telemach in Bosnia and Montenegro
BH Telecom has officially submitted a request to the Competition Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the acquisition of Telemach. The transaction will also be submitted for consideration to the competent competition authority in Montenegro. This strategic move aims to strengthen BH Telecom's leading position in the telecommunications market in Bosnia and Herzegovina and improve the quality of services for customers, BH Telecom stated in a press release today.
