On the opening day of MIPCOM, Warner Bros. International Television Production (WBITVP) has announced a series of format deals across its unscripted catalogue, spanning reality, factual entertainment, and dating.

Among the announcements were the deals with Nova TV Croatia and sister net Nova in Serbia for the adaptation of Cash or Trash.

CEETV reported first about the upcoming premieres this summer.

The Croatian version will have 20 episodes for its first season, while in Serbia, Nova will produce a 60-episode series.

These new deals mark the 12th and 13th local versions of Cash or Trash. The original German version has aired more than 1000 episodes, with over 8000 episodes produced globally.

The format is known as The Bidding Room in the UK, where its seventh series recently aired on BBC One, and it has also enjoyed an eight-season run on France2 via WBITVP France. The show is also back on air in Greece, airing daily on Star Channel.
