Guess My Age premieres in Turkey, sold in Poland #NATPEBudapest
Vivendi Entertainment announced yesterday that Kanal D will launch the Turkish version of Guess My Age on July 14. The show counts 13 weekly primetime episodes. It will be hosted by famous local talent Eser Yenenler.
The format rights have also been acquired by Polish producer Rochstar while Thai prodco Zense set to make 26 episodes for leading commercial network TV3 Thailand. This will make a total of 12 countries where the format will have been on air, with over 620 episodes produced globally, including Italy for example, where the show will come back as a daily after the summer holidays on TV8 (Sky). Damien Porte, the VP in charge of sales at VE says: “It’s really exciting to see this success story that started just 2 years ago, continue and expand to more territories. We’ve always thought the premise of the game was universally appealing. Breaking-in a Spanish language market is now our top priority and we’ll put all our forces to make this happen. We are actually as we speak shooting several pilots in one of these countries!” RELATED
