The first Round Table Discussion of Media Regulatory Authorities of Ukraine, Poland, Slovak Republic and Czech Republic will be held on September 9 in the course of KIEV MEDIA WEEK 2015. This is a one-day special project, an event that brings together representatives of Regulatory Authorities of Ukraine with the colleagues from Eastern and Western Europe.

The Ukrainian media market is in dire need for international experience of industry’s state regulation, especially today, in the view of the rapidly changing political and economic realities. The delegates from European countries will visit Kiev and share their knowledge and practical experience. An active discussion on the legislation in the sphere of mass media, television and radio and practical issues of regulation of the industry are expected.

The National Television and Radio Broadcasting Council of Ukraine acts as the co-organizer of the Round Table Discussion.
